ART TECH helps national and international artists in the production of artworks. Sculpture and installation as well as site-specific works are part of our expertise. We welcome assignments in all phases, from planning to finished works regardless of size. Fully equipped wood and metal workshops and a bronze foundry are at hand for production purposes. ART TECH is also available for design and production abroad. ART TECH's artistic director is Jacques Montel, artist, designer, photographer and craftsman. He has extensive training and experience after more than 20 years as an independent set designer and exhibition technician. He has participated as chief technician in numerous repeat assignments, including Wanås prestigious and widely respected exhibitions. Jacques is also involved in more or less independent tasks on a daily basis. He has built a wide network of companies and independent experts through the years, many of who are involved in areas of production, covering materials and design. Jacques is an innovator and a problem solver in the numerous fields of art. With his vast experience and feeling for the creative process, he takes on even the most complex challenges. His main role is to work closely and in dialogue with artists, assisting in the design and construction of art works … Apart from English Jacques is also fluent in Swedish and French.
