ARTA TEJARAT ZARRIN (DERAKHSHAN MAKARON PARS) Arta Tejarat Zarrin company, producer of Semolina flour and different kinds of pasta: vermicelli, lasagna, Noodle... It's the largest Pasta Producing company in Iran and the Middle East produced in complex of 60 hectares in Shiraz Province, using the latest technology and automated machineries of Buheler Company (Switzerland). The capacity and technology of Arta Tejarat Zarrin is the first in the Middle East and fourth in the world. Arta Tejarat Zarrin company opened in 2009 and its target is to be the Market Leader in Iran with respect to its Capacity, Super Premium Quality and Varieties. The company is equipped with an advanced Laboratory and considered as a National Reference Laboratory in Cereal Industry. Arta succeeded to get ISO17025 certificate and works as an accreditation Laboratory in 2010 . Arta Tejarat is also equipped with silos which capacities are about 240,000 Ton using the most up to date technology. This high technology will guarantees the best quality and longer shelf life of wheat through air circulation and ensure hygienic and easy-to-maintain environment with an uninterrupted outflow of grain. Arta special attention to develop Food safety management system enabled the company to get ISO22000:2005 and HACCP certificates in 2009 which cover all organisations in the food chain from farm to fork and ensure the high quality of its products.
