She started in 1962, in Cojutepeque, El Salvador; she is still up and running and now us -her son and family- wish to expand her love in the US. Our Mission is to share a Salvadoran gastronomic tradition through high-quality ethnic products. Our Vision is to become the Salvadoran sausages brand of choice in California.
