Artimys Language Technologies is a web-based service that enables online communities and messaging services to protect child subscribers from harm by analyzing electronic messages to detect sexual predators, bullying, signs of suicidal intent, sexual activity and drug use.Artimys' technology examines linguistic patterns, psychometric measures and emotional measures coupled with machine learning to provide a sophisticated system for threat detection. Online communities can transparently use the Artimys service to monitor user activity in real time to alert moderators, parents and authorities of suspicious activity. All the while protecting participants' privacy by having machines, and not humans, monitor the community's activity. Likewise, messaging services can monitor messages in real time.
