Organized by a group of savvy tradesmen and contractors; AAP was founded to help steer the fight against poverty within the Caribbean, bringing together partners worldwide to finance quality educational programs and housing solutions to assist poor and struggling families. We believe the fight against poverty isn't about charity, but about justice and equality for all. By working together, we all can end poverty.CALL TO ACTIONPoverty is a form of violence. It destroys lives and leads to humiliation while silencing people. Like slavery or discrimination, it can be overcome. But poverty is not inevitable.Those who endure poverty resist its injustice in countless ways. If we are to confront these challenges faced by the world today, we need their insight and courage. The Call to Action acknowledges the bravery of families living in poverty throughout the Caribbean, the importance of reaching out to the poor and building a strong alliance with citizens is our core mission, thereby, contributing towards the success of poverty coming to an end on a global scale.Today, people who feel outcast are making themselves heard and are taking action. Others are joining them to restore hope for future generations where no one is left behind.
