Established in 2006, Artslandia Publishing, formerly known as PlaybillsNW, exists as both a leading creative firm and publishing house. Artslandia Publishing publishes Portland's annual guide for the performing arts, Artslandia, now in it's fifth year, and the bimonthly Artslandia at the Performance published in conjunction with our partners' playbills. In 2015, Artslandia Publishing launched Artslandia Kids, an annual magazine putting the broadest range of age-appropriate cultural and arts opportunities right at families' fingertips, and the company's first wholly owned franchise, Artslandia Vancouver B.C.Artslandia magazine is a free publication mailed to the subscribers of all participating arts organizations -approximately 35,000 homes in Portland and has several distribution locations throughout the metropolitan area. Artslandia Kids, also free, is distributed to all K - 8 Portland Public Schools and partner schools and organizations. Artslandia at the Performance is distributed via our publishing partners playbills at performances throughout the city.Our current client list is comprised of the most well-known and celebrated arts organizations in Portland. We represent music, dance and theatre companies across the metropolitan area as publishing clients and provide the most comprehensive performing arts coverage in the city.
