ARX is an international, triple-entity architecture practice focussing on the innovation, construction and maintenance of architecture both in the Netherlands as well as in China. The company was established in 1982 and currently employs 12 full time staff under the creative direction of Alfonso Wolbert. Our triple-entity structure allows ARX to explore beyond the boundaries of traditional architecture:* ARX labs researches, initiates and develops new technologies, new concepts and new process approaches that are cost reductive and contribute to creating better places to live in, to work in, to play in and to care in. * ARX architects builds from these ideas as a basis for designing and building better buildings, experiences and strategies. * Lastly, ARX facilities/care/services/support supports and monitors the built environment to maintain and check if buildings actually work as they were designedIt is the combination of these entities that make ARX a unique brand and company, that creates new values and perspectives for better living environments.
