We provide services to The City of Manchester and Southern New Hampshire. Each of our inspectors is equipped with an XRF analyzer, the most accurate and reliable lead detection device available. We offer analysis of dust wipe, water, and soil samples.Our services include: Initial Inspections, Risk Assessments, Re-occupancy Re-inspections, and Final Deleading Re-inspections. We also provide: Letters of Initial Compliance, Letters of Full Deleading Compliance, Letters of Re-occupancy, Interim control to property owners, tenants, and CLPPP, Job oversight, Specification Write-ups, and ConsultingWe also provide Mold Inspections and Air Quality testing in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Awareness of Mold Growth has risen sharply in recent years. Several factors have contributed to this heightened awareness: energy conservation measures; changes in building materials; the use of rapid construction techniques; failure of occupants to properly manage moisture intrusion and humidity, as well as increased reliance on mechanical (HVAC) systems for comfort control.
