ASAP•houses are built with the Structurally Integrated Panel (SIP) Wall System to create a high-performance building envelope (with a high R-value, no thermal bridging, and very little air leakage) to reduce heating and cooling costs. Our homes integrate sustainable and non-toxic materials and incorporate an active "fresh air" system to keep you breathing healthy air. With a large collection of predesigned homes to choose from, that meet most lifestyles, the construction cycle of a typical ASAP•house is less than half the time of a typical architect-designed house.
