Ascendchc specializes in comprehensive treatment for eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating; weight difficulties, including obesity and weight instability; chemical dependency and binge drinking; stress management; anxiety, depression, and mood disorders; procrastination; grief; navigating relationships; and, adjustment and coping. The team at Ascendchc approaches behavioral health from a multidisciplinary perspective, focusing on the whole person and not merely the presenting symptoms. The disciplines include traditional individual and group therapy, nutrition, and, among others, exercise.
