Ascendent provide coaching, strategy and business development services to startups and SMEs. Our vision to help people obtain financial freedom through entrepreneurship. We are not consultants- rather we show people what to do and demonstrate how to do it. Typically we work with start-ups and SMEs on a long-term basis, rather than via short term contracts. We call on a network of people who are mostly founders themselves and thus empathize deeply with dilemmas encountered by early stage and rapidly growing companies. Ascendent has a very strong emphasis on values and soft skills: focus, execution, team building, people management.
