In 1992 Schindler Holding LTD returned to the local market holding 90 % of Ascensores Schindler S.A. shares in association with the 10% of the shares being held by Coasin S.A.. In the year 1999 Ascensores Schindler S.A. acquired Ascensores Atlas S.A. establishing itself as a company with an ample range of maintenance activities and a large group of employees capable of satisfying all the transportation needs of the customers.
