ASCRC Student Senate and CLubs and Events Board Office: located in the Library Building, Room 111C.Email ASCRC Officers at: crc-as@crc.losrios.edu.The Student Senate serves as the recognized voice of the students on campus, and operates under the direction of officers who are elected by the CRC Student Body. The organization is the vehicle through which students may actively influence college life. Students who serve on college and district wide communities are appointed by the ASCRC President. The Student Senate is dedicated to serving the student body by specifically helping to promote the interests and rights of the students it represents.The Student Senate can be reached by calling 916.691.7405 or email the Student Senate President, DJ Mitchell at djmitch19@yahoo.com.The Club and Events Board (CEB) serves to promote student involvement and activities that recognize the cultural and ethnic diversity of the college community and foster cultural awareness and understanding. As the promoter of student clubs to the campus community, representatives exchange ideas, review club charters and host events that promote a sense of unity between clubs and the intellectual, artistic and social life of students. The Clubs and Events Board can be reached by calling 916.691.7767.Students are encouraged to attend meetings held at 1:30PM in Winn 106:Clubs & Events Board on the first and third Thursdays Student Senate on the second and fourth Thursdays
