Aseanaut is a Thai Limited Company founded by dr Alex Cochez and his wife Dao Phanthunavanich. Our goal is to provide a more personal and direct approach to international healthcare in the northern part of mainland Southeast Asia (Myanmar, Northern Thailand and Laos) and South China.We believe that regional healthcare facilities are rapidly catching up with Bangkok and Singapore. Unfortunately medical (and other) information still gets lost in translation, so we engage in local presence and a 24/7 one-on-one communication.Aseanaut has surveyed hospitals and clinics all over the region (and keep doing so) while providing local correspondents in Chiang Mai, Yangon and Kunming.We are able to go and scout patients on-site easily, provide information about local (health) infrastructure, coordinate referrals or medevacs, personally address family concerns and work out more cost-effective solutions.
