Ashiyana Yoga Retreat Village is located on the beautiful and unspoiled Mandrem Beach in the very north of Goa. Set amidst abundant, tropical flora and fauna, it has been designed as a deeply nurturing space where you can relax your body, calm your mind, and awaken to your inner peace of being. You can stay with us on one of our Retreats, Yoga Holidays, Ayurveda Detox Retreats or Yoga Teacher Trainings and Modules. Alternatively join us for Yoga Classes and Workshops at the drop-in centre if you are staying in the area. At Ashiyana, we have our own approach to wellbeing – ‘The Ashiyana Experience'. This has evolved over ten years of observing our guests arrive with us, fresh from the ‘coal face' of their demanding, fast-paced western lifestyles. As per the meaning of ‘Ashiyana', we invite our guests to come ‘home' to their inner peace of being, by supporting them to calm their minds, relax their bodies, and attune to their spirit. Our guests are able to choose from a wide range of individual treatments on offer at the Retreat Village, or for a more detailed and comprehensive package, they can opt for the creation of a Personalised Wellbeing Program, which will be unique to each guest. Trained Ashiyana therapists assess the nature of clients' mental, physical and emotional imbalances, and then provide personalised yoga practices and advice on associated treatments, as well as general lifestyle guidelines including diet, relaxation techniques and life balance, to support optimum health and vitality. The Ashiyana Yoga Retreat Village is where guests and staff co-exist in a beautiful, relaxed environment, and where life is uncomplicated and as natural as possible - the staff are here because they wish to support and nurture the guests, and the guests are here taking time out from their busy, pressured lives.
