This bed and breakfast is in an 1897 Victorian Queen Anne, located in downtown Franklin, IN. We feature four large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Full made to order breakfasts. Our dinning room features four individual tables, one table for each room for your comfort and privacy. Several sitting areas to enjoy a book or conversation with other guests. Two media rooms with cable TV, DVD and VHS, with an extensive media collection for your viewing. The gardens at the Ashley-Drake Inn have many quaint sitting areas. Enjoy nature or one of the many water features. Take a bike ride with bikes provided by the Inn, on one of the many bike trails that Franklin has to offer.The location of the Inn is perfect. Located just six blocks from downtown franklin, with its eateries, shops, galleries, museum and local goverment facilities. We are also located directly across the street from Franklin College. You can walk to its many sporting, academic or cultural events.The Indiana Masonic Home is just three blocks away, with its lovely buildings, grounds and living facilities.Have a special event?We offer the Inn as rental space inside and in the gardens for your office party, birthday party, etc. We can also provide tea's for a special luncheon, red hat ladies, club meetings, etc.And don't forget that quaint wedding or reception.
