ASI currently provides over 33,000 of service hours per month across the Chicago area. ASI's dedicated staff make it possible for seniors and people with disabilities live a more dignified life at home. Originally created as an employment agency in 1975, ASI has evolved into the leading home care agency in Chicago providing bilingual, bicultural services to a diverse client base (60% Latino, 40% African American) of people in need and private pay clients. The agency currently contracts with Illinois Department on Aging's Community Care Program, Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH)/Division of Rehabilitation Services and the Mayor's Office for People with Disability Title IIIB for Short Term and Heavy Duty services.
