Ask Consultancy offers three services:Start-up: Under start up support, I can help with a number of things but I specialise in setting up operational teams that have the correct systems, process and people. In that it can be recruitment, process mapping or simply organising the right connects for you.Growth: The key part to this process is understand what the objective is, is it to save time or money? I analyse and map what the current process is and find where it isn't working as it should. Previously I found that 3 teams within a department do the EXACT same process 3 times! This is the equivalent to 3 hours per day doing the same thing!Efficiency: Again, what is the end goal here? Is this to achieve a certain market share or is this to increase to a specific turnover? This needs to be a specific goal here and as a team we work towards this. Based upon this I will map a plan to achieve this, work on finding gaps in the markets, the product to be sold and the plan to get where you want to be. This is a set plan for you and you only, the useful thing here is this can be used at a future date to go again for the next target.
