The MUXELKA Cultural Association was founded in 2014 to promote European spirit and cultural awareness of local community.\\MUXELKA is to lead diverse projects in Spain and beyond it's boarders, mainly in the field of culture and intercultural education\We focus on creation of youth democracy, promotion of voluntary work, expanding cultural inspirations. \\Our staff is an intercultural combination of adults and youth from different European nationalities, composed of professional youth workers, collaborators, volunteers and internships from the regional and national community.\Our association is going to initiate and promote all forms of youth activities. We would like to reach that goal by organising trainings, seminars, conferences, public events, meetings and youth exchanges and voluntary projects.\\The aims of the organisation are:\- Contribute to the socio-economic development of citizens with special attention to youth,\- Promotion of active participation in the socio-political life of local community,\- Spreading the community spirit and solidarity, \- Improving proficiency in community languages, \- Support of the development of new technologies through the dissemination and application of European, national and regional legislation; \- Improving the quality and access to training courses; \- Promotion of informative, scientific and educational initiatives;\- Mediate between companies, public institutions and private initiatives to develop programmes, projects and services of multicultural character, \- Promotion of tolerance, solidarity, dialogue, gender equality, \- Promotion of employment and professional activities, \- Promotion of tourism and regional expansion development activities \- Development cultural activities between Galicia and Poland.
