Many patients choose to stay at home with family members and friends serving as the primary, hands-on caregivers. However, hospice services are also available to patients living in nursing homes and assisted living facilitiesThe mission of Aspen Hospice of Montana is to provide comfort, care, and choice to patients and their families in the most natural environment possible while guiding them through their end of life journey.
