Asper was established in 2002 by two physicists with a common interest for applied Physics. Starting from the beginning the company's commitment has been creating a link between industry and scientific research. The company produces tailor made solutions integrating technologies acquired through collaborations with Universities and research Centres, developing them and transferring them to production processes.Asper operates in 3 areas: software solutions for industrial automation, optical design of apparatus for air quality monitoring and collaboration for industrial and research projects.Industrial automation activities include: close-loop control systems based on real-time platform; automatic test equipments; stand alone systems for data acquisition and analysis; control and analysis systems based on FPGA; distributed technology solutions for remote control; dynamic simulators for tuning of control systems, data-logger and test bench based on PC, data acquisition systems based on wireless network sensors; gateway to connect different communication protocols; process control based on infrared thermography.In optical design, Asper has gained years of experience in multi-pass cells used for the analysis of air quality of emissions due to industrial processes.Concerning industrial and research projects, Asper has worked on some research projects in different areas in collaboration with other industrial partners and Research Centres both in Italy and Europe.
