We equip, empower & educate the next generation of global leaders. Aspire Artemis trains, builds capacity of, and empowers the next generation of leaders. Utilizing a structured multi-stakeholder partnerships approach we work with UN, NGOs, royalty, heads of state, Government Ministers, and visionary corporations to advance development goals for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged populations as well as create mentorships and internships for young innovators. Our work centers around achieving the UN SDGs. We believe that a support mechanism is necessary for women and girls to thrive though our approach is also inclusive of men, boys, and non-binary people. The activities of the Foundation strive to bridge the gaps between theory, policy, and practice. We are laser focused on building leadership competencies of people of color, especially those from marginalized and disadvantaged backgrounds. In terms of our outreach activities, skill building, capacity development and preparing the younger generation for their future in the workplace, we employ a three-pronged approach we call EMI (or "Emmie"). We enhance the traditional educational experience and help young people, especially young women, shape their own paths for their future enabling them to enter and reenter the workforce productively.
