The concept of ASPIRE was born with the promise to provide what is underprovided, to tap untapped talent, and to build a community of commendable characters in London. ASPIRE is a student-led organisation based in London.\\ \\The organisation is led by a group of students from various universities across London including the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Imperial College London, University College London (UCL), King's College London, the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and Cass Business School.\\ \\With a growing membership of Malaysian students, ASPIRE is now expanding its membership into other Asian countries, most notably, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Thailand, Korea and Japan.
