- Specialist sourcing & recruitment for new installations, upgrades, shutdowns, expansions, operational, maintenance and new construction. - Document building technical expertise, readiness and reviewing for project bids. - Safety control, quality implementation, tracking, estimating, sequencing, execution, systems preparation, commissioning, monitor & closure, punch list & job closeout. - Safety documentation for pre-scope works, execution, upgrades and tailor fit for top tier clients. - Leadership with developing crews, supervisors, management and organizing new job scopes roles & responsibilities.- Specialist construction management of Greenfield and Brownfield, client consulting, EPCM, EPC and Contractor management. - Resourcing recruitment support in regard to scope size and advice on technical clarifications for mobilizing specialized execution positions. - Sub-contracting remote work for upcoming schedule restrictive jobs. - Experienced Electrical support for field engineering and remote commissioning to home office when your home office cannot make it to site. - Weekend and schedule deadline support assistance. Overtime assistance to get safe, quality work completed for that milestone push. - Remote call out scope for hard to get transit sites. - Project & Area Superintendent/ Lead - manager of all disciplines, execution- safe, quality, on time and under budget work execution. These will be treated with zero harm safety focus. Maintaining this safety focus & instilling compliant safety culture will ensure LTI prevention. Strict compliance to site quality procedures, ITPs and standardized work execution in line with clients contracts will be done once & done right to last for long jevity.
