To free the masses from such a sordid scenario, an uncompromising regional party Assam Jatiya Parishad has been founded. The cooperation and assimilation of people of Assam irrespective of their native tongue, religion, caste, tribe is integral to Assam Jatiya Parishad's political struggle. Delivering promises on unity and brotherhood, the Central Government has ushered in a neo-colonial and totalitarian regime ignoring all aspects of federalism. Assam Jatiya Parishad has been formed to challenge the Central Government along these lines.Linguistic, social and social rights can be secured only when economic and political justice is made. Assam shall not bow down to enforced ideologies, enforced politics. The ruralfolk of Assam shall not accept these. Regional politics is directed by and connected to the very soil of Assam. Staying with the people of Assam, by remaining on their side, Assam Jatiya Parishad has come forward to give regional politics a new force.Assam Jatiya Parishad has been formed on the call given by two experienced regional organisations of Assam, namely, All Assam Students' Union and Assam Jatiyatabadi Yuva Chatra Parishad.
