We provide the following services:Community Habilitation & Integration - IndividualParticipant Assistance & CareResidential Habilitation ServicesRespite Care ServicesRecreational TherapyOur mission is for our clients to live active and healthy lives at their homes and in their communities. As of now, we serve Bartholomew, Decatur, and Monroe counties.
