To help resolve your personal problems and concerns we use an integrative approach that includes:* Cultivating a therapeutic relationship and developing a diagnostic treatment plan* Exploring your emotions, beliefs, thought processes, behaviors, values, relationship patterns, and coping and communication skills* Deep questioning to help you discover who you are and what you really want* Brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and humanistic-holistic psychotherapies* Guided-imagery, inner child work, directed daydreaming, NLP, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and self-suggestion* Mindfulness, energy psychology, and relaxation techniquesWe offer both in-person counseling at our office and online web-based therapy.
