AAL supports professionals and their organisations to be more impactful through innovation, collaboration and quality management. A not for profit collaborative organisation, founded in 2017, we tackle social inclusion by supporting those with ‘lived experience' to confidently and effectively tell their stories; and approving Training Providers to offer qualifications or accredit their own internal training for their service-users and staff. We create impact by removing silos in education, changing behaviours and attitudes through the Further Education Innovation Committee. We offer a framework within the Wellbeing Quality Mark supporting organisations to increase employee engagement through health and wellbeing approaches. Managed by a small team of diverse and highly experienced professionals, our services include training, consultancy and networking opportunities. Our commercial training centre, Teaching & Training Courses Ltd, offers advanced digital and teaching qualifications. AAL guides organisations by being informed by stakeholders.
