Our communities vary in size, encompassing a diverse range of construction styles, and a broad-range of common area amenities including historic buildings, clubhouses, fitness centers, pools, tot lots, elevators, sprinkler systems, tennis and bocce courts, woodlands, boardwalks, beachfront, and wetlands. 24-Hour Emergency Service: AMCC's after hours emergency service is seven days a week - 365 days a year. Affiliates: AMCC utilizes independent contractors, not "affiliates" for community services. Financial Controls: AMCC follows strict financial controls. Our company is bonded and insured. Responsiveness: AMCC's policy is to respond to written inquiries in under 72 hours (although 24 to 48 is our average), and to all business telephone calls in 24 hours (non-emergency).
