The Association of IIT BHU Alumni (AIBA) is the nodal organisation of the alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi. It is a not-for-profit organisation that has widespread representation from esteemed alumni in various sectors - education, entertainment, government, public, private, healthcare and from various industry fora. AIBA was founded in 2002 with the mission to create a platform for interaction and bonding among the Students, Alumni and the Institute. We ensure that our activities include all aspects that benefit these communities and society at large aimed at:Promoting active participation of alumni forum from around the world with IIT (BHU), Varanasi.Promoting socio-cultural interaction amongst the IIT(BHU) fraternity.Enhancing interaction among members of the Association and the Industries, with IIT (BHU), Varanasi.Creating awareness about the achievements, contribution and the rich heritage of the Institute within the media as well as the industry.
