The Association of Leadership in Chemical Engineering (ALChemE) encourages fellow students to come out and gain leadership skills and experience organizing/running events. ALChemE provides students with the chance of running their own events and managing their own teams. Our belief is to further leadership education, which is gravely undervalued in the engineering curriculum. We want students to learn by example in addition to traditional learning methods such as lectures. Being founded on the tradition of leadership excellence in the Chemical Engineering faculty, we are nevertheless open to students from all disciplines.
