The Philadelphia Rebels, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are a Tier II, non-pay-to play junior ice hockey team. The primary goal of the Rebels, and the league itself, is to assist aspiring 16 - 20 year olds in their quest to achieve their goal of a better education through collegiate hockey. The Rebels work tirelessly to assist these young men in becoming better people, family members and citizens, while providing affordable and unique partnership opportunities for local businesses that will help them grow their brand awareness and sales. The team plays its home games at the University of Pennsylvania's Class of 1923 Ice Rink Arena.Founded in 2015, the team won the NAHL's regular season East Division Championship during the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons. It also won the NAHL's 2016-17 regular season championship. The team has produced over 20 NCAA commitments in less than two years. The team plays its home games at the IceWorks Skating Complex.
