Educational Leadership• The Vice Principal will assist the Principal to plan, manage, and supervise the school'soperations and instructional program.• Drive and support implementation of the Envision School Design Principles, set the tone andculture of the school, and hold the school accountable for student achievement.• Support teachers in classroom management, discipline, safety, and curriculum.• Communicate proactively (both positive and negative feedback) with staff, students, andparents.• Attend regular staff meetings, Academic Family Meetings, and weekly Leadership meeting.• Plan school-wide professional development along with Leadership Team.
