The Company-Management Team The New York company formed around the film, ATAO LLC, is managed by its two principals, John Kuzdale and Mark Nixon, who also serve as producers of the film. John and Mark are highly familiar with the history and events surrounding Commodore Perry and his 1813 victory over the British in the Battle of Lake Erie. Professionals in their own right, these men are avid historians, divers, students of marine archeology, master captains and historically aware of the lake and region surrounding the events the movie details. In addition, ATAO has additional consultants, advisors and supporters who believe in and are part of the ATAO Executive Team. ATAO, LLC is a privately owned New York Limited Liability Company which was formed on the closing of the key contracts and initial financing. July 1, 2011, our principal purpose and business is to develop and produce a major motion picture concerning the Battle of Lake Erie. At the core of ATAO are the principals, partners, their consultants and advisors, who bring to the company highly recognized and successful entrepreneurial business experience and expertise in motion picture production. A team of award winning Hollywood film specialists has been assembled to consult and guide the success of the phases needed to make WHMTE a successful venture. They include a top Hollywood agency, their managers, top screenwriters, directors, actors, film companies and experienced consultants within the industry.
