ATC started off as one of the first companies in the USA to recycle toner cartridges for laser printers and copiers. (American Toner Cartridge) The company then turned its direction into a consulting firm that functioned as IT department for client companies without a designated in-house technical team. Provided strategic technical direction and planning. Additional services provided: Virtual CIO and virtual IT department services. ATC was eventually acquired by Andover computer Corporation in 1997.
