Atelier About is an unisex brand experiment founded and conceived in Berlin, made in Italy, founded by Gianpaolo Tucci in 2015. Contemporary, with influence from the Berlin's underground music scene and culture, Atelier About expresses a stylistic revolution where aesthetics, research and influence from old subcultures are applied in equal and detailed measure for a new concept of non-gendered product. Atelier About is today designed by Gianpaolo Tucci & Giulio D Alessio.This is the digital era, plenty of information is available and accessible like never before, and by connecting the data every day we create contemporary culture. And we feel confused, unorganized … We have blurred, sometimes distorted visions. And we look like lab guinea pigs that, perplexed and unaware, wander around. Within such context, the idea, and concept of mixing and connection becomes customary.The brand's name is "About", and about means many things: about something, about to, but only when associated to something else. This means it is a versatile brand, that is able to re-adapt to the context in which it expresses itself.Atelier About tells of everyday stories with some realism: the brand's identity is constantly evolving, like a vital organism capable of adapting to the surrounding environment.
