We are a group of architects, engineers and consultants established in 2003 in Los Angeles, California. We set out with the founding principle of balancing large firm experience and reliability with an innovative, flexible and dynamic boutique firm. Our principal architects bring 80+ years of experience from firms like Gensler, Johnson Fain, STV and Fields Deveraux. With a young innovative staff at our disposal, we have been able to complete a diverse array of projects ranging in size and complexity. We have completed projects in the America's, Asia and Europe designing various building types like retail, multifamily residential, tenant improvement, industrial, transportation, corporate offices, light manufacturing, health care facilities, educational facilities, community centers, restaurants, recreational venues, religious buildings and more. We pride ourselves on our long standing strategic partnerships with consulting engineers to bring to our clients a multidiscipline team capable of guiding a project from the conceptual phases through occupancy.
