ATEQ Consulting Ltd was founded in 2015, seeking to support our clients in the design, development and subsequent sustainment of military communication systems. With many decades' worth of relevant, practical experience, we are well placed to assist our clients in their quest to acquire and field interoperable communication solutions.Our services span the defence acquisition lifecycle as follows:★ System of Systems (SoS) Modelling & Analysis, with experience of: A wide range of SoS engineering approaches, modelling techniques and tools; research relating to SoS and modelling; development of a novel hybrid modelling approach to support SoS Risk/Opportunity analysis.★ Concept to Contract, assisting clients with: Concept studies; capturing operational, user and system requirements; providing advice on procurement strategy; evaluating technical solutions.★ System Development & Integration support including: Review of evolving design; supplier liaison; design trade-off assessment; problem/change management; facilitation of technical interchange workshops. ★ Test, Evaluation & Acceptance, covering: Development of test plans, schedules, cases and procedures; assessment of supplier test strategy and products; witness of supplier testing; advice on selection and use of test and analysis tools; analysis of test data; support to national and international Interoperability (IO) trials.★ Managing IO, including: Provision of advice on the pragmatic application of industry standard processes such as iSMART; operationally-focused evaluation of real-world solutions; management of IO problems within the SoS context.
