ATEX Workshop has a fully equipped workshop and qualified staff available to our clients. The mobile equipment and materials are manufactured according to ATEX's 114 guidelines.The first company certified by Dekra for the repair, maintenance and overhaul of EX equipment.Dekra certificate IEC Ex DEK S0015Repair, maintenance and overhaul of Ex d, Ex e, Ex m, Ex q and dust portable electrical equipment and lighting fixtures.Repairs are carried out in two stages – items received are all cleaned before testing.All soiled equipment is dealt with at this work station. The next phase is done in a clean environment – all repair activities, compiling, testing and verification.For all repairs, our work practices require that construction work is all done in the special hazardous area mobile installation.We are in possession of all the tightening torques of the mobile equipment, these torques are referred to in the operating procedures.The reports of all repairs, modifications, assembly and rejection is both provided to the customer and kept in private archives for 10 years.All O.E.M.components have a unique manufacturing number; these numbers are part of our reporting in accordance with Dekra certification. All parts which are replaced are O.E.M.parts.Testing and validation of materials is done in accordance with national standards: o Netherlands – NEN 3140 o Germany – VDE o Belgium and Luxembourg – AREIWith regard to providing advice for the development and design of mobile explosion proof equipment, at ATEX Workshop we have suitable knowledge available in-house which we will gladly share with our customers.
