We are in the process of Developing an Edge-Node Device for Machine Monitoring more appropriately for Discrete Manufacturing of Mechanical Components set-up. Places with Process Layout, though it can be Equally Useful for Product Layout set-ups too! It would lend itself better to Automate the Interactive Mode Automation with ERP Systems. This requirement is usually Absent in establishments with Product Layout. All other features are useful here too. This Edge-Node Device would be Equipped with Edge Analytics using Multiple Algorithms for Analysing Different Parameters, from Simple Comparison to Complex Predictive Analytics using Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Fuzzy Logic. We are also developing Various Types of Compound Gates, like Sliding Gates, Sliding & Folding Gates, Swing Gates & Swing & Folding Type Gates. They have Modular Design, Configurable for Applications from Homes to Communities to Industrial Gates. These are Properly Engineered Products, with Self Diagnostics, Redundancy of Sensors and Designed to Industry Standards of Safety & Build Quality. These gates will be able to accept various Accessories like RFID Operation for people & Vehicles, Remote Operation from Hand Phones, Data Recording in the from of Video during Operation and Many More. Being modular in Design, they could be added any time. So they are Premium Products.
