Social Media Services: We Listen:We help companies report on and analyze conversations relative to their products, industry, and competitors. We Engage:We create and execute engagement programs through Twitter, FB and other social media platforms that build awareness of new initiatives, build followers/fan base/customer loyalty, and engages and supports their customers, We Cultivate:Our engagement programs also help capture users into CRM and drives sales by being present at purchase intent. Online Community Management: For companies that maintain discussion boards, blogs, online newsletters, FB pages, etc.., we coordinate their moderation, reporting, user support, content development, and editorial management.
