AthleticFX OverviewAthleticFX is based on a concept known as "Multilateral Athletic Development" that incorporates multilateral training (Multi-skill)- focusing on fundamental attributes of coordination, agility, strength, flexibility, speed and power along with varied sport-specific training. AthleticFX programs offer challenging exercises and movements leading to progressive growth in all areas of athletic skill and conditioning. It is geared toward young male and female athletes between the ages of 9-18, with programs designed to be age appropriate, safe, fun and challenging.Like any great structure, athletic development must start with a solid foundation. Many complex issues of training are debated as athletes reach the levels of specialization and ultimately high performance; the need for a solid athletic foundation is not one of them. All future development depends on it. AthleticFX programs offer young athletes a blue print to athletic success that will lead an athlete toward his or her utmost potential.
