There is a big misconception about how we believe the most effective way to train is. Too often the focus is on the appearance of muscles, rather than the performance of the body. AthletiX Training Systems (ATS) is founded on the principals of athleticism. But what is athleticism? This question can produce a wide range of answers. A dictionary defines athleticism as the physical qualities that are characteristics of athletes, such as strength, fitness, and agility. Seems vague and basic; we believe there is far more to it than that. Our team has been involved in many sports reaching as high as the professional level. We have experienced different coaches, trainers, methods of training, and injuries. Like most team sports, your teammates become like your family; you practice and play together, train and recover together, study and plan strategy together, win and lose together.The number one theme that we took away from our experiences was to train smart, not just hard. We learned not to put unnecessary strain on my body and do things that were counterproductive. We also studied the way others were training, and we were able to see the positive or negative results of their training over time. Many different body types from many different backgrounds. The knowledge from these experiences is what makes us so passionate about what ATS has to offer. We want to share our story and give the next generation of athletes a new perspective that we wish we had many years ago.AthletiX Training Systems will challenge you to look at many aspects of athleticism in a different light. To question techniques and processes that you always assumed to be correct. To step outside your comfort zone, reach new levels of understanding, and decide for yourself what is really important in athletics.
