Lisa Bonta Sumii, LCSW, CSW is the CEO & Founder of AthMindset, LLC, as well as the Lead Clinician and Consultant. Mental health services and sport performance consultation are provided to the elite youth athlete, collegiate athlete, Olympic-hopefuls, coaches, professional athletes, and teams. We are currently scaling our diverse team of athlete-centered clinicians and sport performance consultants, initially focusing on the states of CA, NV, OR, and IN. AthMindset is committed to social and racial justice and is inspired and motivated by purpose. AthMindset is currently serving Cal State Bakersfield student athletes and is strategically partnered with Cutler Wellness Programs to support the student athletes of the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) and the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association), nation-wide.
