In 2012 we envisioned a time in the near future that hi-tech workers in the Silicon Valley would start working remote, and we wanted to build our company based on that operating philosophy, so that's exactly what we did, and all though lots of companies frowned on that, we still went ahead and did it anyway. The company was founded in 2012 as a sole proprietorship LLC, and as a home based remote workforce (for the Gig-economy) right from the beginning, and we have stayed the same ever since. From time to time we have toyed with the idea, and even sought out our own building, but were still not yet convinced that it will have that much of a positive impact on our business model, at least not until we decide to get into machining, or carrying large inventories of part for long term high volume production, both of which are not in our business model as of yet. So were sticking to our highly focused CAD, design, documentation, and small assembly work for now...
