Attackhead is an Internationally touring old school metal band from the Inland Empire, Southern California. Founded in 2002 by lead singer/lead guitarist Mark Chapman. Attackhead is signed to Twisted Hillbilly Records out of Knoxville TN and our 3rd CD "Voices in the Dark – Second Attack came out last fall. Our latest CD was released on vinyl in Feb 2012. We are currently endorsed by Coffin Case, Tsunami Cables, Spear Guitars, SKB cases, Meteoro Amps, Spider Energy drink, Rock and Roll GangStar apparel, Jim Dunlop and Electro Voice. We are supporters of the (IAVA) Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America and the Melanoma Research Foundation. We generally perform a couple of times a month locally when we are not touring. We also perform numerous times a year for the US military. In the last 2 years we have performed for the Army (twice), Marines (5 times) Navy and local USO. We have also done in store acoustic sets at local record stores. One of our songs (Dark Ritual) was recently selected to be in an independent film called "Killzone". This film was made by C.Y.C.O. Productions out of the U.K. and was released in fall 2011.
