I am a change management and negotiation consultant. My work focuses on implementing a four step methodology for change management and teaching workshops on collaborative negotiation, leadership and communication. I take a holistic approach and present a combination of neuroscience, FBI hostage negotiation techniques and step-by-step negotiation frameworks to drive more value across the board. In addition to consulting, I am writing a book on negotiation to help people practice and improve their skills. I am originally from Michigan and attended the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business for undergrad, and then MIT for graduate school. My work experience includes management consulting for Fortune 500 companies, along with subsequent work in Silicon Valley at two start-ups in healthcare and education.
