A unisex, avant-garde fashion house based in Paris, France. ----- In November of 2011, Au Courant was founded by 23 year old Chicago native, Chaz A. Jordan. With the intention to bridge the gap between runway fashion, street culture and the ever changing display of individualistic style, Chaz digresses from "fashion seasons" to the adaptation of an ongoing design approach. Putting an emphasis on clean silhouettes and material(s) selected, each design is crafted in limited quantities and encapsulates relevant aspects of art and pop culture with an elegant execution. In January of 2013, the brand underwent complete creative reconstruction. As a result, Chaz made the decision to move the company to Paris, France to establish its main production studio and presence in the European / Foreign market. Au Courant PARIS has remained true to its founding principles and continues to gain an international following amongst clients, buyers, celebrities and stylists alike.
