I work with organisations to help them understand whether their business processes are working well, where the challenges and weaknesses are, and then I help them to create solutions that deliver.Listening is the key to understanding problems.Creating solutions together is the key to solving problems.Success follows when you do those first steps brilliantly.My observation from working with many organisations around the world is that businesses find it hard to listen effectively. People aren't asked. The data isn't used. The systems aren't in place. Responses aren't heard.I am fascinated by the interplay between people, processes and systems. I know that when organisations take all three aspects in to account they are set up to succeed.So in a nutshell that's what I do in partnership with the organisations who invite me to work with them.
