AUR Hotels Management is an Egypt-based joint stock company established in the year 2018; under the Law no. 159 for the year 1981 & the Capital Market Law no. 95 for the year 1992; with an authorized capital of 25 Million Egyptian Pounds, and an issued / paid capital of 2.5 Million Egyptian Pounds. The Company is engaged in the tourism investment sector, with focus on the activities of establishing and operating hospitality properties and all its' complimenting entertaining, recreational, cultural and varied commercial activities. In addition to establishing and operating restaurants and clubhouses. The Company was born from the maternity of AUR Capital and the passion of a group of hardcore hoteliers having significant experience in the finest hospitality chains, and supported by group of the best-known touristic investments peers as partners. The company is a large-scale comprehensive group enterprise with the headquarters located in Arkadia Mall, Corniche El-nil, Cairo Egypt. AUR Hotels Management focuses on the establishment and management of three hotel brands in luxury, mid-scale, and budget segments, in addition to clubhouses and restaurants management. The Company currently owns the brand " AURA"; one of the fast growing hotel brands in Egypt with 1000 rooms and suites under management by 2019 and 6000 rooms are expected within the coming five years throughout substantial development pipeline of 30 projects in various stages of development in Cairo, Marsa Alam, El-Sokhna, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and the North Coast destinations.Aur Touristic Investment strength is in the company ability to identify real estate and development opportunities that support sustainable tourism.
